Aliceann O. Conard, 73, Green Bay passed away on April 26, 2008, with her loving family and friends by her side. She was one day shy of her 74th birthday. Alice was born on April 27, 1934 in Oshkosh to the late Valroy and Bertha (Belanger) Slover. She was a 1952 graduate of East High School. She worked for Red Owl Grocery Store in Green Bay and while working there she met her future husband Norman. On February 11, 1956 she married Norman Conard and they enjoyed over 51 years together. Alice´s family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time in Door County picking cherries and apples, hosting parties, cooking and working in her flower garden. She will be sadly missed by her husband Norman, children; Steven (Betty) Conard, Manhattan Montana, Annette (Thomas) Luedtke, Omaha Nebraska, Kevin Conard, Minnesota, Bruce Conard, Wausau, Jon (Elizabeth Conard, Washington Georgia, grandchildren; Alexander, Madalyn, Jacquelyn and Joselyn Luedtke and Jonathan Conard, sisters and brothers-in-law; Beverly (Robert) Gilsoul, Green Bay, Valraie (Roger) Bibb, San Jose California and Karen Meinen, Oshkosh sister-in-law Sharon Conard, good friends Don and Snooky Zuidmuelder as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and grandparents she was preceded in death by 1 sister Sharon Slover, brother-in-law Jim Meinen and her mother-in-law and father-in-law. Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 East Mason Street on Tuesday from 4-8 pm. Visitation will continue at First United Methodist Church, 501 Howe Street on Wednesday April 30, 2008 from 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral service will be at the church on Wednesday at 10:30 am with Deacon Dave Wilkinson officiating. Entombment at Allouez Catholic Chapel and Mausoleum.
