Timothy Gerard “Uncle Tim” Joski, Green Bay, passed away at the age of 60 years on January 20, 2019.  After seven years of pain and challenges from various physical ailments he is finally pain free.  He was born the youngest of eight children to Walter and Bertha (Conard) Joski on November 6, 1958, in Green Bay.  He attended school in the Green Bay area and graduated from Luxemburg-Casco High School with the class of 1977.  Tim married Karen Hamburg on July 15, 2000.  He worked in the sewer and water construction business.  First with his father’s company, Joski Construction, and later with PTS Contractors.  “Uncle Tim” was a hard-working and fun-loving man (work hard, play hard) and enjoyed time boating at the cottage in Little Sturgeon, NASCAR, and watching the Packers.  He was always there to lend a hand.  Even in the days he wasn’t feeling well he managed to help others.

Tim will be deeply missed by his wife, Karen; children, Tiffany (Chris Newkirk) and Taylor; Karen’s children, Leah (David) Hamby and Paul Raby; six granddaughters, Kailie, Reagan, Deanna, Dakota, Aurella and Fiona; siblings, Glenn (Jan), Anna Mae (Larry) Phillips, Hub (Nancy), Greg (Joey) and Dan (Linda); sisters-in-law, Ethel Gross and Carolyn Joski; Karen’s siblings, Diane (Scott) Biscobing, Gary (Cindy) Hamburg, Sandy Hamburg (Harold Jefferson); his loyal feline companions, Jetter and Storm; and many, many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ken and Wayne; and nephews, Jim and Bruce.

Visitation will be at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, followed by a Parish Wake Service.  Visitation will continue at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Dr., from 9:00 until 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, with Rev. Mark VanderSteeg officiating the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Online condolences may be expressed at www.Prokowall.com.

Tim’s family offers special thanks to the staff at Unity Hospice, the UW-Madison Transplant Team and the many Prevea physicians that cared for him.

Tim leaves a huge hole that will be very hard to fill.  We’ll see you again in a little minute.  2049+
