Sharon R. Malfroid, 78, Green Bay resident, died Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at a local care facility. She was born March 12, 1941, in Brussels, Wisconsin, to the late George and Veronica (Conard) Jauquet. She attended school in Brussels graduating after 12 years of education with the class of 1959. On June 25, 1960, Sharon married Leon Malfroid at St. Mary of the Snows Catholic Church in Namur.

 Sharon was employed in the banking industry for 15 years and later became the bookkeeper at Holy Martyrs parish until her retirement. She enjoyed following Nascar and spending time at the cabin with family and friends at Caldron Falls. Sharon had a passion for gardening, whether it was vegetables or flowers. She also had a knack for quilting and enjoyed sharing her accomplishments with family and friends. Sharon was a longtime member of Holy Martyrs and Prince of Peace Parish.

 She is survived by her husband, Leon and their two children, Penny (Aaron) Cleven, Little Suamico and Paul Malfroid, Green Bay; two grandchildren, Rhiannon and Emmeline Malfroid; her brother, Dan (Barb) Jauquet, Green Bay, nieces, nephews and her dog, Lily.                      .

 Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 4:00-7:00 pm Sunday, January 26. A parish wake service will conclude the evening at 7:00 pm Sunday. Visitation will continue on Monday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Rd. after 9:30 am until time of Mass. Funeral Mass 11:00 am Monday at the church with Rev.
