Robin Stelter, 64, Green Bay, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at a local nursing home.  Robin was born on July 13, 1956, in Park Falls, the daughter of William and Violet (Kotke) Kolar.  She married Jack Tilkens on May 25, 1985.  Jack preceded her in death on May 4, 2009.  She then married Marty Stelter on June 23, 2010.  Marty preceded her in death on April 21, 2015.

Robin is survived by 2 brothers: William (Joann) Kolar and Kenneth (Linda) Kolar, 2 sisters: Rita Jeske and Holly (Tim) Mathu, and a brother-in-law: John Hernandez.  She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, Jack’s daughter: Nicky (Brian) Mahoney, Marty’s children: Bob (Erin) Stelter and Connie (Tom) Teeters and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother-in-law: Jim Jeske and her oldest sister: Carol Hernandez.

Robin loved chocolate labs.  She raised, loved, and spoiled 5 of them after receiving her first one “Molly Brown” as a wedding present from her husband, Jack.  She and Jack bred Molly and Molly had a litter of beautiful puppies.  Robin named each one and cried when they had to go to their new homes.  They kept one male “Charlie Brown.”  She had 3 others, Brandy, Amber and Murphy, who was her loyal companion until she was too sick to be at home.

Robin enjoyed bowling, playing pool and going up to the flowage with her dogs and husband, Jack.  She loved the trips her and Marty took to Mexico.  When asked what the best thing she ever did in her life was she responded, swimming with the dolphins in Mexico.  She was a huge Packers fan and enjoyed watching the games.  She cherished her time with friends and was always talking on the phone to one family member or another.  Robin lived in the same neighborhood for 40 years and her neighbors were like family.  Special thank you to all her neighbors through the years, especially Brad Erickson and his family and Pastor Steenbock and his family for all the love and care they showed by being there for her when she needed them.

Due to COVID 19, a private service with immediate family will be held at the grave site at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls, WI, at a later date.

The family would like to offer a warm not of appreciation to the staffs of Bellin Hospital and Green Bay Health Services for all their loving care of Robin.

Also, a special thanks to her friend, Deb Jooss, who took Murphy (her dog) into her home to live out his life with love.  Robin’s biggest concern was always that her dog would have a loving home if anything happened to her.
