David Alan Van Beek
David Alan Van Beek, 68, Allouez resident, comfortably passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 with family by his side. He was born on June 15, 1952 in Green Bay to the late Roger and Katie Van Beek. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. On August 7, 1976, he married Donna Hueffmeier. She preceded him in death on October 29, 2009.
David retired from Schreiber Foods after 40 years. After retirement, David found his dream job of being an at home supervisor. He enjoyed doing many things as long as it involved family and friends.
He is survived by his fiancé, Dale Vandenheuvel; children, Tiffany (Tyler) Alberts, Heather Van Beek, Roger (Emily) Van Beek, and Jason Van Beek; seven grandchildren, Ashlee, Codi, Sabrina, Trae, Parker, Caroline and Beckett; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Dale, Patti, Denis and Dawn; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents and spouse, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dean.
Visitation will be held at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Sunday, January 17, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral service 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Deacon Bill Burkel officiating. Entombment will take place at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
