Gail C. Hermans, 85, Green Bay, entered into the Lord’s arms on Sunday morning, April 18, 2021 after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 26, 1935 in Duck Creek to the late Charles and Ivy (Fournier) Wery. On August 1, 1953, she married Edward Hermans at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Duck Creek, he preceded her in death on July 27, 2010. Gail enjoyed boating and camping with family and friends. Especially with the Bay Sammers, a motor home group. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Green Bay.
She is survived by her son, Richard (Jean) Hermans, Oneida; grandson, Shawn (Stacy) Berzinsky, De Pere; great grandsons, Chevalier, Braxten and Aiden; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings.
Visitation will be held at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Jose Lopez officiating. Burial will take place at Ft. Howard Memorial Park. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established.
