He especially loved gardening, both planting beautiful flowers and tending a full vegetable garden. He cherished his time spent going up north with his family, sharing laughter and creating memories. Jim loved to cook, and was known for his delicious soups and homemade bread, which he would have his kids or grandkids pick up so he could visit with them.
