Andrew “Pat” Smith III
Andrew “Pat” Smith III, 63, Green Bay resident, died Tuesday evening, July 26, 2022, following a lengthy illness. He was born April 8, 1959, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late Andrew “Pat” Smith Jr and the late Evelyn (Britt) Smith. Pat graduated from St. Philip the Apostle Grade School and attended Green Bay East High School.
Pat was a unique man with many passions and a big heart. He definitely had a sweet tooth, and it didn’t matter much as to what kind of candy would satisfy him. Pat worked on many cars in his life, not necessarily fixing them, but he worked on them. He also owned motorcycles, the Honda Gold Wing being a favorite. He had a passion for video games and trying to figure out how things worked. Pat truly loved his family and looked forward to every holiday and family event, so much so, that most of the time, Pat was the first one to arrive.
He is survived by seven brothers and sisters: Sandy Smith; Mike (Alice) Smith; Brian (Sue) Smith; Kevin (Denise) Smith; Sean Smith; Diane Smith (John Gilson) and Ryan (Amber) Smith; many nieces and nephews, having a special place in his heart for Amanda.
Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 3:00-6:00 pm on Monday, August 1. Funeral Service 6:00 Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Aaron Schaut officiating.
