Anna M. Stratton, 70, of Green Bay died Wednesday, April 12, 2023. She was born June 18, 1952, in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada to the Rev. H. Ray and Blanche (Barwell) Collver.

On April 17, 1971, Anna was married to Benjamin Stratton at the First Assembly of God Church in Madison, WI, by her father, Rev. H. Ray Collver. Together they enjoyed 52 years of marriage.

Relationships were so important to her because of her own relationship with the Lord. Anna saw the value in others because Christ saw value in her. She knew who she was in Him. She was her family’s personal prayer warrior, boldly agreeing in prayer through both good and hard times. Her children and grandchildren, no doubt, are a result of her faith-filled prayers. She leaves a long legacy of people who love the Lord because of HER love for the Lord. Her loved ones serve in various facets of ministry because of her faithful, Godly example.

The love she lived out didn’t know only the boundaries of her family…she couldn’t help but let it splash and spill all over everyone she encountered. As a matter of fact, Anna spent nearly 52 years in ministry alongside her husband, Ben. They loved people so well together through the years. Wherever needed, Anna helped to lead worship, as music was a gift she loved using for the Lord’s glory. She loved playing the organ and piano at the various churches she served at. Additionally, she LOVED ministering to the other ladies God placed under her leadership. The amount of women she lovingly prayed for, lived life with and daily encouraged is COUNTLESS…more than we will ever realize this side of heaven.

Anna is survived by her husband, Ben; her children, Shawna (Bradley) Palmer, Bradley (Lisa) Stratton, and Joel Stratton; her grandchildren, Mitchel (Madison) Palmer, Michael Palmer, Matthew Palmer, Natalie Stratton, Brogan Stratton, Miles Stratton, Maxton Stratton, Jude Stratton, Oliver Stratton, and Alexander Stratton; her great-grandchildren, T.J., MaeLynn, and Thomas; her brothers and sisters, Bryan Collver, Lois (Donovan) Kuehnast, Rodney (Nancy) Collver, Noel (Sharon) Collver, Laura Pongrats, Beth (Lowell) Hamell; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Stratton; a sister-in-law, Roselyn Collver; a brother, Bruce Collver; a sister-in-law, Nona Collver; a brother-in-law, Daniel Pongratz; and her parents.
