Betty Jane Dallmann, 85, joyfully entered her heavenly home Friday morning, August 26, 2022, surrounded by family in her final days at Oak Park Place Assisted Living.  She was born in Pound, WI on October 29, 1936, to Viola (Boettcher) and Arnold Leuman.

After graduating from Coleman High School, she went to work in the offices of Marinette General Hospital.  Two years later she moved to Brillion to work in payroll for the Ariens Corporation.  While in Brillion, Betty met her husband, Wilbert, and they were joined in Christian marriage on October 5, 1957, at Trinity Lutheran in Rantoul. The newlyweds soon had four children within two years as they started life together in Green Bay. Betty embraced life as a dedicated wife and mother.  In order to ensure her children received a Christian education, she took a job at Wright Industrial during their high school years at Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton.  Betty was a dedicated member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church for 64 years where she shared her time and talents supporting the School Club, Ladies Aid and as a member of the choir.

Betty’s sweet smile, love of music, and servant’s heart are cherished memories for all who knew her.

Betty is survived by her children, Donna (Jim) Gamble, Dawn (Doug) Wilcox, Dale Dallmann, and Dean (Julie) Dallmann; her grandchildren, Lauren Gamble-Thorstensen, Cassie Gamble, Jordan (Deva) Murphy, Cody and Sean Dallmann; great-grandchildren, Kane Thorstensen and Aubrey White-Murphy.   She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Arlene Leuman, Pat Carroll-Leuman, Sarah Bratz and Bernita Dallmann, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert; her parents; siblings, Leslie “Bud” Leuman, Arnold “Pee Wee” Leuman Jr., Verona (Leuman) Geiger and her husband Earl Geiger.  She was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Henry and Emma (Last) Dallmann; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Henry Dallmann, Jr., Victor Watruba, Mildred (Dallmann) Watruba, Madeline Dallmann, Elmer Krueger, Hildegard (Dallmann) Krueger, and Clarence and Anita (Dallman) Haelfrisch.

Jon Zabell officiating. Burial will be at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.  Online condolences may be sent at www.prokowall.com.   In lieu of flowers, Betty has requested memorials on behalf of Fox Valley Lutheran High School, Saint Paul Lutheran Ladies Aid, and Saint Paul Lutheran Built on the Rock Fund.
