Beverly M. (Baye) Schneider, passed away on the morning of her 90th birthday, Tuesday, November 26, 2019, with her beloved family at her side at the Meng Unity Hospice Residence. She was born November 26, 1929, to Louis and Mina (Frederick) Baye. Beverly graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1948. She married Bill Schneider on November 29, 1952, at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Bev worked at Northern Paper Mill until 1961, when she and Bill added the first of three children to the family. Bev and Bill shared a love of dancing, liked to take day trips in the car, attend Packer games as season ticket holders and play the nickel slots at the casino. While she enjoyed watching all sports, her favorite team was the Brewers.
Bev loved her home and tending to her rose bushes. She was family orientated, and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren. Her children remember her friendly demeanor. Even during her illness, she managed a smile and a thank you to all. She leaves a gentle and kind legacy. In Bev’s own words, “Everyone deserves to be treated well”.
