David Pirlott, 66, died in his sleep at his home of natural causes Sunday, December 26, 2021. He was born February 2, 1955, to Russell and Rita (Raymakers) Pirlott. David attended Preble High School where he was active in sports and was elected both homecoming and prom king. After graduation, he began a 47 year career with Schreiber Foods. His love for sports continued throughout his life. David enjoyed traveling, gardening and working in his yard. He was always ready to lend a hand to those in need and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sherry Pirlott; four step-children and their spouses, Rex and Kelly Grzelek, Brook and Rosa Grzelek, Tane and Dave Clark, Bek and Jerry Harvey; his grandchildren, Robby, Matt, Joelle, Tyler, Madison and his sports consultant, Kole; many great-grandchildren; two sisters and their spouses, Jean and Louis Lucci, Janice and Gary Schauer; two brothers and their spouses, Roland and Rosie Pirlott; Mike and Jo Pirlott; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ralph Kane, Bryan and Diane Clapper, Barry and Linda Clapper, Leslie VanHouelle, Linda Powell, Lana and Terry Porter, Heather and Tom Shannon; many nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Bette Kane.
