Debra Browning
We are sad to announce the unexpected passing of Debra A. Browning, at the age of 59. She died on December 28, 2022, at her home. Debra was born on January 23, 1963, in Green Bay to John and Caron (Lindner) Farley. After graduating from Preble High School in 1981, she went on to study at the Wisconsin College of Cosmetology, where she became a hairstylist for many years, after which she ended her career working for Kohl’s Dept Store. In November 2001, Debra married Jeffery Browning in Green Bay.
Debra was a loving and caring person, who enjoyed gardening, cooking and had a great love for animals and nature.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Browning; parents, John and Caron Farley; siblings Brian Farley, Mike (Terri) Farley; niece, Kendall Farley.
