Debra Jean (Wendt) Falck, 62, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home surrounded by family on Monday, February 7, 2022.  She was born October 13, 1959, in Wauwatosa, the daughter of Raymond and Margaret (Kluender) Wendt.  She married Jay Arnold Falck on April 23, 1982, at Morrison Zion Lutheran Church.  The two were current members of Messiah Lutheran Church and her faith was the driving force in her life.

Deb worked as a cook for a short time before dedicating her life to being a wife, mother and grandmother.  The family loved to go camping in the summertime, both up north and to many other states in the nation as well as Canada.  The biggest trip was driving to Alaska. Deb liked to entertain at the holidays and enjoyed hosting large gatherings.  At Christmas time, she baked 1000’s of cookies and shared them with family and friends.  Deb was blessed with a heart transplant in 2019 and made the most of her gift.

She is survived by her husband Jay; two daughters Stephanie (Pankaj Saluja) Falck and Jennifer (Zachary) Neal; a grandson Aiden Saluja; her mother Margaret Wendt; her fur-baby Pomeranian named Elijah; siblings Pam (Paul) Grathen and Bruce (Julie) Wendt. Deb recently connected with some of her biological siblings including Mary Weir, Gary Schoenung, Terri Mutsch, and Patti Mills. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Keith Falck, Steve (Bev) Falck and Annette Konshak.

She was preceded in death by her father Raymond, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Franklin and Grace Falck, a brother-in-law Michael Konshak, a nephew Chad Stencil and her biological sister Kathleen Passehl, as well as fur-babies who have gone before her.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 3186 Eaton Road.  A Funeral Service will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the church with Pastor Aaron Schultz officiating.  Burial will be in Morrison Zion Lutheran Cemetery.  Proko-Wall Funeral Home is assisting the family and online condolences may be sent to www.prokowall.com
