Diane Devroy

Diane Marie Devroy, 88, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, with her family at her side. She was born on August 10, 1933, in Kewaunee, WI to the late Charles and Kathryn (McMillan) Deda. She was a graduate of Kewaunee High School class of 1951 where she was a member of the band, playing the flute. On October 31, 1952, she married Richard F. Devroy at Lowry Air Force Base in Aurora, CO, and have been married for 69 beautiful years. She liked walking on the beach in Kewaunee, picking up beach glass, reading, flower gardening, genealogy and spending her time with her family, especially the children and grandchildren.  

Diane will be sadly missed by her husband Richard; children, Ellen (Wayne) Van Lannen, Kathy (Steve) Rouze, James (Bonnie) Devroy, and John (Jane) Devroy; four grandchildren, Tony (Lisa) Van Lannen, Ben (Melinda) St. Laurent, Lee (Caress) St. Laurent and Kyle Devroy; eight great grandchildren, Sidney, Jackson, Celia, Cole, Carlee, Ava, Zoey, and Easton; six brothers, Chuck (Lenita) Deda, Daryl Deda, Dean (Jackie) Deda, Dane (Roxi) Deda, Kim (Ann) Deda, Noel (Sally) Deda, and a sister, Doreen (Jim) Kroll; sister-in-law, Gail Devroy and brother and sister-in-law, Patrick (Jan) Devroy. She is further survived by many other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Delia Deda and Dawn Bultman; brother, Dale Deda; sister-in-law, Mary Deda and brother-in-law, David Devroy.

Per Diane’s request a Private Funeral will be held. Diane will be buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Green Bay. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
