Doris Ann Trimberger went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on May 23rd. Doris was born on September 3rd, 1942, the daughter of the late Norbert and Juliana (Hanke) Klapperich.

She grew up on her parent’s farm in “the Holy Land” in Chilton, Wisconsin and graduated from New Holstein High School. She married Michael Trimberger on August 24th, 1963, and they began their life together in Green Bay.

Doris was a floral designer and creator of all things beautiful. Flowers were her passion and her backyard garden was a full display of her talents and creativity. She worked as a designer for many years and her time at Petal Pusher brought her the greatest joy.

Doris had a thoughtful, warm, and caring spirit with a genuine interest in others. She treasured her friends and family and especially cherished her time with her grandchildren.

As some people journey through life, they leave footprints wherever they go. We can all look back and clearly see the trail Doris left behind – a trail bright with joy, humor, love, compassion, and faith.

Doris will be sadly missed by her daughter, Julie (Bob Bowen) Trimberger and their children Austin and Lexi; her son, Mike and his children Maddy and Cody; her sister, Linda Jo Klapperich; brother, John Klapperich; brother-in-law, Tom Zimmer and special friends, Norton, Lee and Jean.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, and her sisters Janice Casper and Susan Zimmer.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens, 2600 Larsen Rd, Friday, June 25th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The Service will be at 11:30 a.m.  Friends and family are welcome! Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com
