Earl “Skip” Place Miller, Jr, 74, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, January 16, 2020. He was born in Trenton, MI on October 21, 1945, to the late Agnes (Coyle) and Earl Place Miller, Sr. On August 24, 1968, he married Carol Miller at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Michigan, they shared 51 loving years together. Earl served his country with the U.S. Army from 1972 until his Honorable Discharge in 1976. He retired from Conger Industries after 22 years. Earl made six trips out to the Sturgis rally on his Harley Davidson motorcycle; he enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and reading science fiction books. He made many good memories trail riding in the Jeep. Earl had a knack for fixing cars and loved to share his knowledge about them.
