Elizabeth “Betsy” Rosman Burke, 57, DePere resident, died on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at a local hospital following a brief illness. She was born April 27, 1964, in Green Bay to Mary Lou (Selissen) Rosman and the late Dewey Rosman. Betsy graduated from Washington Middle School in 1978 and Green Bay East High School in 1982.  Betsy was employed at University Bank until her first child, Daniel, was born. It was at that time she decided to be a full time mom and went on to have three more children. She was active in the Junior Womens organization and took great pride in the ability to help with her children’s education by volunteering at school. Betsy loved going to concerts and just enjoyed listening to live music. You could say it was in her blood!

Betsy is survived by her four children: Daniel (Christina) Burke, Fountain, CO; Caroline Burke, Greensboro, NC; Matthew Burke, Milwaukee and Andy Burke, DePere; one granddaughter, Nora Jean Burke; her mother, Mary Lou Rosman, Green Bay; two sisters, Kitty Rosman, Green Bay and Nancy Brown, Iowa City, IA; one brother, Peter Rosman, Marian, NC; nieces and nephews; her dear friend, Tom Arbour, Green Bay and her former husband of 25 years, David Burke, DePere.

She was preceded in death by a nephew, Peter Brown Jr.
