Gregory  “Greg” A. Pamperin, 63, Bellevue resident, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born September 15, 1958, in Green Bay to Rita (Ver Haagh) Pamperin and the late Harold Pamperin. Greg was a graduate of Green Bay East High School. He married Lori (Van Lannen) Smitham on August 24, 2001, in Green Bay.

Greg was employed by KI for over 30 years retiring in 2021 due to his illness. He loved hunting and fishing, especially when he could do it near his cabin in Wabeno. Greg always looked forward to heading north because he could spend time with his family and friends in a place he loved. He also enjoyed woodworking and carving walking canes.

Greg is survived by his wife, Lori and his mother, Rita Pamperin, Green Bay; step-son and daughter-in-law, Christopher (Laura) Spiering, Town of Lawrence; three granddaughters, Alyssa, Reese and Emma; seven brothers and two sisters: Dan (Su); Lee; Glenn (Yvonne); Carl (Sheri); Lori (Rick) Long; Julie (Allen) Van Lannen; John; Fred and Joe (Rhonda); two brothers-in-law, David Van Lannen and Daniel (Deanna) Van Lannen; nieces, nephews and very special friends.

He was preceded in death by his in-laws, Arnold and Dolores “Dolly” Van Lannen and two sisters-in-law, Pam Pamperin and Nancy Van Lannen,

Per Greg’s wishes a celebration of his life will be held at a later date, up north at the cabin.

Greg’s family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff of Unity Hospice, too many to name, as well as the Bellin Cancer Team, for all their care and consideration.
