Henry “Hank” Kaminski

Henry “Hank” Kaminski, 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 21, 2021, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family.  He was born May 7, 1939, in the Town of Eaton to Frank and Emily (Czarneski) Kaminski.  Hank served his country in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1965 and was a proud member of the Luxemburg American Legion Post #262.  On May 21, 1966, he married Faye Maile.  While they had no children, they spoiled their cat Tuffy.  The couple enjoyed spending time up at White Potato Lake.  Faye preceded him in death on July 10, 2011. 

Hank retired from Lake to Lake Dairy.  He enjoyed making booyah and cooking for family and friends.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved spending time splitting wood or fishing.

He is survived by brothers, sisters and their spouses, Jim and Judy Kaminski; Paula Dupler, Patty and Brian Roberts; sisters-in-law, Delores Kaminski, Ellie (Dave) Posen and Barbara (Art) Raeck; nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank Jr., Dick and Dan and a sister, Theresa Drewieski.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:50 a.m. Thursday, October 28th at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Road.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church with Rev. Dennis Ryan officiating.  Full Military Honors will conclude the services.  Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Pine Grove.  Proko-Wall Funeral Home is assisting the family and online condolences may be sent to www.prokowall.com.
