Jacqueline “Jackie” Zuelke

Jacqueline “Jackie” Zuelke, 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at home with her husband at her side. She was born on June 27, 1937, in Green Bay, to the late Royal and Josephine (Meyers) Ambrose. On May 19, 1956, she married Theodore Zuelke Jr.

Jackie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an extremely hard worker, provider, and supporter of those she loved. She worked until the age of 81. Jackie enjoyed her flower gardens tended by Ted and fresh cut Lilacs. Most of all, she loved her family and every moment with them.

Jackie will be sadly missed by her husband of 65 years, Ted Zuelke; her children, Michael (Sandi) Zuelke, Julie Schneider (fiancé Richard Plog), and Steven Zuelke (fiancé Cindy Kloida); grandchildren, Tara Brunette, Lesley Wiegel, Nathan Zuelke, Leah Bartzen, Brittany Koprowski, Nicholas Zuelke, and Dillon Schneider; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Peters, Betty Leiterman-Verheyden, and Judy Sprangers; brother-in-law, Pat Sprangers and sister-in-law, Holly Ambrose. Jackie is further survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other family.

In addition to her parents Jackie was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sandra Lee Zuelke; her brothers, Dick, Tom, Bob, Dan, and Bucky Ambrose; sisters, Doris (Ed) Leiterman, Janet (Vince) VanRemortal, Nancy (Alvin) Truckey, Darlene (Louie) Kerkoff; brothers-in-law, Earl Leiterman and Jack Peters.
