Jim Graves, age 55, of Green Bay passed away unexpectedly on August 28, 2021. He is survived by his loving family: His son: Nevin Graves. His siblings: Laura Hillesheim and Michael Graves (Jenn). His niece and nephews: Lydia and Kaidyn Hillesheim, and Aaron Madi. His parents: Joyce Salisbury (Jerome Dyer) and Larry Graves (Barbara) and his dear friends: Anne and Matt VanEss. He was a great father, brother, son, and friend and we will treasure our memories of him.
Jim was a graduate of Preble High School, University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, and the Guitar Institute of Technology in Los Angeles. He made a lifetime of contributions to this community as a musician and music teacher. He was also an avid BMX biker and helped bring the BMX racing to Green Bay by designing the first BMX track in our community.
Jim is best remembered for his sense of humor, his wonderful musical talents, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
