Janet R. Kaster, 84, passed peacefully Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was born February 11, 1937, in Green Bay to Norbert and Catherine (Berken) Peters.

Janet was a graduate of Green Bay East High School, Class of 1955. Following high school, she worked for a short time at Fort Howard Paper Company. Afterwards, she became a homemaker and began raising a family. Janet loved spending her time gardening, baking with the apples and pears grown on the Kaster family farm, canning, crocheting, refinishing furniture, going to flea markets and rummage sales, and listening to music-especially polka music.  She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and for having a great sense of humor.
