Jeffrey W. Nowak, 63, of Sobieski, died Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at his home. He was born September 9, 1958, in Green Bay, to William and Nancy (Phillips) Nowak.
Jeffrey was a graduate of East De Pere High School, Class of 1976. Afterwards, he worked as a forklift driver for Gold Bond Ice Cream and Morning Glory Dairy. Jeffrey later worked as a long haul truck driver for Dedicated Systems and was planning on retiring in January of 2022. He enjoyed spending his time snowmobiling, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, finding new restaurants to visit, going for drives, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. His family was very important to him and loved to spend time with them.
Jeffrey is survived by his parents, William and Nancy Nowak; his brothers, Russell (Denise) Nowak, Jay (Carrie) Nowak, and Chris (Mary) Nowak; his nieces and nephews, Bill (Brianna) Nowak, Drew (Maria) Nowak, Carli (Tom) Stueck, Allison (Matt) Haberland, Sasha (Jimmy) Hixson, Cara (Sam) Kinderman, and Hunter and Ashley Nowak; his 11 great-nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason Street, on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Friends may also call at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 312 Victoria Street, on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church with the Rev. Bill Hoffman officiating. In lieu of flowers other expressions of sympathy would be appreciated.
