Jose Bravo

Jose M. Bravo, 29, Green Bay, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021, with his family at his side.  He was born Feb. 12, 1992, in Logan, Utah, to Jose Bravo Lopez and Maria Barragan Hernandez.  Jose’s children were his top priority.  He also loved spending time fishing and could be found sitting on the riverbank when weather permitted or sitting right on the ice during the winter.  The day he was able to take his daughter, Ariel, ice fishing for the first time, Feb. 17, will always be cherished.  Jose put his heart into everything he did.  His passion would show through in his landscaping work. 

Jose will be deeply missed by his children, Ariel and Giovanni; his wife, Roceo Bravo; his parents; his siblings, twin brother, Gilberto, Hector and Azuzena; God daughter, Nadya Salas-Bravo; nieces and nephews, Vianna Bravo, Jisele Bravo, Nelson Bravo, Talia Hernandez and Gabriella Gomez; and many other family and friends.

He is preceded him death by his maternal grandparents, Francisco Barragan and Maria Hernandez; and his paternal grandparents, Federico Bravo and Agripina Lopez.

Visitation will be at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 4:00 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021, with a Parish Wake Service at 8:00 p.m.  Visitation will continue at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St., from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2021, with Rev. Andrew Cribben O.
