Laura Ann Sternitzky, aged 84 years old, was reunited in heaven with her loved ones on August 3, 2021.

Laura was born October 17, 1936, to the late George and Doris Warner in Cornell, Wisconsin. After graduating from Cadott High School, she attended and graduated from Luther Hospital School of Nursing in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Laura worked for ten years as a registered nurse at a local hospital and for 28 years as an occupational health nurse in the paper industry. She married Wallace H. Sternitzky (deceased) on November 10, 1973. Laura enjoyed traveling with her husband. She offered her talents/services to her church in several capacities and she was an active member of the Neville Public Museum Geology Club.

Laura is survived by; her daughter, Beth (Anthony) Trofka; her son, David (Denise) O’Donnell; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two stepsons, James (Colleen) and Jeffrey (Jessica) Sternitzky; two stepdaughters, Jayne Ward and Janet (Mark) Glowacki; seven step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; her brother, Edward Warner of Texas; and her sister-in-law, Joan Warner of Minnesota.

Visitation at Atonement Lutheran Church, 2132 Deckner Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin on Monday, August 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral service officiated by Rev. Dennis E. Ellisen (facemasks required for individuals unvaccinated for Covid). Private entombment at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
