Louanne A. Fredrickson

Louanne A. Fredrickson, 76, Green Bay, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, and is now with her Lord in Heaven.  She is looking forward to reconnecting with family and friends.  She was born on October 29, 1945, in Sturgeon Bay to the late Albert and Betty (Rasmussen) Krueger.  On November 30, 1963, she married LeRoy Fredrickson at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Sturgeon Bay.  They moved to Green Bay in 1973 and raised their family.  Louanne enjoyed visiting her friends and cottage in Little Sturgeon.  She was an avid gardener. Louanne liked fishing, decorating and sewing.  She was an excellent organizer.  Louanne also did oil painting and made several murals.  She looked forward to the girl’s lunches in Sturgeon Bay and Green Bay.  Louanne loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.  Her faith was very important to her and was an active member of her church.  She had a strong will and was very loving.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, LeRoy; children, Todd (Lynne) Fredrickson and Laura (special friend, Joe); grandchildren; great-grandchildren; special niece, Tracey DeMeuse; and many special brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry “Bud” Fredrickson; granddaughters, Michelle and Alex; sisters, Gail and Barb; nephew, Al; brother-in-law, Keith; and sister-in-law, Donna.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 120 S. Henry St., from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.  Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Rev.
