Mary Everard

Mary Everard, 78, of Green Bay, WI, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on January 1st, 2020. Mary was born on May 19th,1941, to Oliver and Rose (Roush) Peeler. She graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1959. Mary was wed to David “Dave ” Everard on May 4th, 1963. They had two children, Matthew James (deceased) and Theresa Marie. Mary was a stay-at-home mom until later in life when she started working at Snyder drugs until they closed.  She then worked for Walgreens until she retired. Mary and Dave enjoyed going to their land in Bayfield to camp and hunt. 

Mary is survived by her husband, David Everard; her daughter, Theresa Huff; two grandsons, Matthew Everard and Austin Huff; two great-grandchildren Serenity May Grutza of Oshkosh and Charles “Charley” Schwiegl of Green Bay; and many of her nieces and nephews.  

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Rose (Roush) Peeler; her son, Matthew James; her grandson, DJ Huff; and her sisters Ruth Prussell, Ollie Vandrvelde, Helen Hickey and Rhoda Cass. 

Per her wishes, Mary was cremated and her ashes will be buried by her favorite tree on their land. Therefore, there will be no wake or funeral service.
