Pamela Boettcher

Pamela Kay (Harris) Boettcher, 71, New Franken, entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 2, 2022.  She was born on August 24,1950, to the late Thomas and Jacqueline Harris.  On June 9, 1979, Pam married Jim Boettcher at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Green Bay.  Together they raised three children and were happily married for 42 years.

Pam held many different positions throughout her life, from a flight attendant, manager at K-mart, preschool teacher, reading tutor, and day care center director.  She enjoyed reading and working puzzles.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who held a special place in her heart.  Pam had a great love for and dedication to her Lord and Savior, Jesus.  She thoroughly enjoyed studying the Word and leading various women’s bible studies where she was able to fulfill her love of teaching others about Jesus.

Pam will be deeply missed by her husband, Jim and their children, Sarah Boettcher and her children, Benjamin and Aaron; Andrew (Mindy) Boettcher and their children, Molly, Megan, and Macie; daughter-in-law, Sarah Hollnebeck and her children, Cherry, Hurley and Penelope.  She will be further missed by siblings, Cindy Vaughuan, (Oshkosh); Shelbie (Dan) Held (Minnesota); many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Pam is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary Ellen; her son, Matthew Boettcher; father and mother-in-law, Ken and Rita Boettcher.

Friends may call 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Harvest Community Church, Luxemburg.  Visitation will continue between 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. at Harvest Community Church on Monday, January 10, 2022.  Funeral 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Kevin Leach officiating.
