Pearl Jadin

Pearl G. (Kirchman) Jadin, 89, went to heaven to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Sunday, June 12, 2022.  She was born December 26, 1932, in Algoma to Herman and Beatrice (Novak) Kirchman.  Pearl graduated from Casco High School in 1950, where she was active in many clubs and activities.  On September 11, 1954, she married Roderick A. Jadin.  The marriage was blessed with five children.  Roderick preceded her in death December 1, 1999.

Everyone who met Pearl, would describe her as a gracious, kind, sweet, loving, and most importantly, a faith-filled woman.  She dedicated her life to her God, her husband, her children and grandchildren.  Pearl was a member of Highland Crest Baptist Church and had been active in nursing home and visitation ministries. In her later years, she especially enjoyed watching the miracle of God’s creation, listening to the birds and hearing their song.

She is survived by her five children, Judy (Jim) Detrie, Green Bay;  Rick (Kathy) Jadin, Lynchburg, VA; Jay Jadin, Green Bay; Dawn (Larry) Voelkers, Minneapolis, MN; Lisa (Jon) Nolan, Punta Gorda, FL; her grandchildren, Jill (Lee) Siebert, Jennifer Detrie, Jeff (Jenny) Detrie, Glory (Abhi) Sharma, Pearly (Mark) Emmenegger, Crystal (Dusty) Miller, Joy Jadin, Faith (John) Halverson, Zechariah (Brenda)  Wiegand, Katherine Voelkers, Sarah Voelkers; many great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Larry (Judy) Kirchman; a sister, Barb (John) Rogers; two sisters-in-law, June Kirchman and Joyce Worachek; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Todd Wiegand; a grandson, Nathan Wiegand; a sister, Ruth Paradise;  a brother, Willard Kirchman; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:45 p.m. on Friday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. The evening will end with a prayer service and sharing of memories at 5:45 p.m.  Visitation will continue from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Proko-Wall with Pearl’s son, Rick Jadin officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.  The prayer service and funeral service will be livestreamed on the Proko-Wall facebook page.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
