Quintin “Bunny” Bonjean

Quintin “Bunny” Bonjean, 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born September 23, 1930, in Tonet to the late Felix and Lucy (Gomand) Bonjean.  Quintin married Lois Gay on August 4, 1956, at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Green Bay.

Bunny was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church and St. Philip Athletic Club.  He served the community with love in so many different ways; feeding the homeless, visiting at the nursing home, being part of the AM Vet family, Salvation Army, the Ostomy Club and he supported the Haiti Community.

Bunny worked 43 years at Northern Paper Mill as a millwright. 

Bunny was a great father who shared his love of gardening, cards, fishing and hunting with his family and friends.

Bunny will be deeply missed by his children, Linda (Ken) VandenBush, Susan (Dave) Pischke, Daniel (Anna) Bonjean, Virginia (Mike) Goral, Sandra Conard (special friend, Alan) and Carol (Doug) Zimmerman; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and family friend, Sr. Helen.

Quintin was preceded in death by his wife, Lois and son, Tony.

Visitation will be at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 312 Victoria St., from 3:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, with Rev.
