Randi L. Van Lanen, 39, died Saturday, May 6, 2023. She was born May 23, 1983, in Green Bay to Terry Challe, and the late Cindy Tachick.

Randi was a graduate of Ashwaubenon High School, Class of 2002. On June 17, 2006, she married David Van Lanen at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. For over ten years, Randi worked as a quality analyst for MultiPlan. Recently, she worked in the billing department for Aurora BayCare Medical Center and bartended at Rockabilly’s Saloon. Randi loved being outdoors spending her time hunting, fishing, camping, and riding her motorcycle. She was a creative person who enjoyed making crafts. Randi was also an active person who could be found working out, grilling out, using her smoker, and spending time with friends. Most of all, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and daughter.

Randi is survived by her husband, David; her son, Hunter; her parents, Terry and Lynn Challe; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dave and Nadine Van Lanen; her siblings, Michelle (Keith) Jansen, Joshua (Laura) Challe, Jeremy Challe, Rick Breault, Ryan (Cassie) Breault, and Jennifer Sternitzky; a sister-in-law, Tara Kelliher; her step-grandmother, Betty (Lee) Meindl; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Phillip Sousa; her grandmothers, Shirley Fournier, Joyce Tachick, and her uncle, Thomas Sousa.

Friends may call at Destiny Church, 411 Destiny Drive, De Pere, on Saturday, May 13th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the church with Pastor Kirk Gerbers officiating. On-line condolences may be given at www.prokowall.com.
