Raymond M. Prevost, 90, New Franken resident, died Friday, May 14, 2021 at his home. He was born February 1, 1931, in Namur, Wisconsin to the late John and Lima (DeKeyser) Prevost. Ray married the former Patricia Brienen on November 3, 1951 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.

 He was employed by Proctor and Gamble for 35 years retiring in 1986. Ray also owned his own welding and blacksmith shop and was pretty talented in the woodworking shop as well. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping with the family, mushroom picking and especially hunting. Ray enjoyed watching the old westerns, country music and always looked forward to their bus tours and winters in Arizona. Football and Nascar racing were always on the docket too. Ray was a member of the New Franken Sportsmans Club and St. Joseph’s Parish in Champion.

 He is survived by his wife, Patricia and their four children: Steve Prevost Sr. and his fiance’ Brenda, Cable, WI; Keith (Terri) Prevost, Green Bay; Rick (Jean) Prevost Sr., New Franken; Debra (Jeff) Frawley Sr., Sun City, AZ and their daughter-in-law, Barb Prevost, Green Bay; ten grandchildren: Steve (Emily) Prevost Jr; Paul (Kathy) Prevost; Tami Prevost; Rick (Stephanie) Prevost Jr; Nick (Stacy) Prevost; Cole (Scott) Benthein; Kasi Christel; Justin Prevost; Jessica (Sean) Dicker and Jon Prevost; two step-grandchildren, Kelly (Sean) Stults and Jeffrey Frawley Jr.; eight great grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; sister-in-law Mary Thomas, Green Bay.                

 He was preceded in death by one son, Tim Prevost; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sylvia Balza; Dick (Lou) Brienen and Bob Thomas.

 Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday. Parish wake service to close the evening on Tuesday at 7:00 pm led by Pastoral Minister Coordinator Cheryl Maricque. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Champion, 5996 County Rd K, from 9:30 am until time of Mass. Funeral Mass 10:30 am Wednesday at the church with Rev, Carlo Villaluz officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepard Mausoleum.
