Ronald “Ron” T. Jacobs Jr., 58, De Pere resident, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday morning, August 6, 2023.  He was born on June 20, 1965, in Green Bay to the late Ronald Sr. and Mercedes (VanMeerBeek) Jacobs.  Ron graduated from Green Bay East High School with the class of 1983.  On September 10, 1988, he married Brenda Pokorny at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Green Bay.  Ron began working at Procter and Gamble in 1996 as a machine operator and retired in 2021.  He enjoyed watching the Brewers and Packers play.  Ron took great pride in his new trucks and it of course had to be a Chevy Tahoe.  He also liked riding his Honda motorcycle and going snowmobiling.  Ron was very thrifty and always knew how to find a great deal.  He was fun-loving and had a great sense of humor.  Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Kayla (Nathan) Kleczewski and Michael (fiancée, Michelle Paulson) Jacobs; grandchildren, Alivia, Liam and Hutson Kleczewski; brothers, Gary (Sue) Jacobs and Al (Sandy) Jacobs; sisters, Mary Jacobs and Jean (Terry) Larsen; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Kim Hutchison, Kelly (Jon) Stradel and Bill Pokorny; his grandpets, Moose and Luna; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Jacobs; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dave and Jean Pokorny.
