Ronald L. Richardson, 73, Green Bay, passed away Saturday evening, September 2, 2023, with his family at his side.  Ron was born on February 16, 1950, in Green Bay to the late Arlyn “Mike” and Evelyn “Doris” Richardson.  Ron loved gardening and this summer was the best garden ever.  He was employed by Fox Valley Truck and Body for 34 years as a Sales Manager.  Ron and Patti met at the Keglers Club Bowling Alley (it was set up and it worked).  He was an avid trap shooter who had memberships at the Brown County Sportsman’s Club and the De Pere Sportsman’s Club.  Over the years, he made some wonderful lifelong friends.  He once shot 50 straight at the state trap shoot meet.  Ron was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.  He loved them all.

Ron is survived by his wife, Patti; son, Brent (Tina) Richardson; daughter, Amanda Richardson (Jeff DeGreef); five grandchildren, Brandon, (Tanya) Johnson, Brent (Kyra) Johnson, Erin (Joey) Palomaki, Steele Richardson (Hailey) and Cooper Richardson (Alexis); great grandchildren, Scarlett, Josie, Emmett, and Griffin; special grandchildren, Brodie (Denise) Phillips, Sadie Moreaux, Stone Moreaux, and his beloved canine companion, Morgan; and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John (Carmon) Richardson and Don Richardson; sister-in-law, Robin Loughran; brother-in-law, Mike Westerman; and canine companions, Harley, and Booker.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Christ Community Lutheran Church, 1742 Servant Way, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.  Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church with Pastor John Sell officiating.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com. The family would like to thank Dr. Shah and all the caregivers from Aurora BayCare ICU who were wonderful.
