Sheila, Tamara, and Nyobee Eagle were all promoted to eternal glory on Friday, August 2, 2019, following an automobile accident. On Tuesday, August 13, 2019,  from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., there will be a memorial service at the Salvation Army Chapel located at 445 Madison St. in Waukesha. It is open to anyone who wishes to pay their respects to the family. Then on Thursday August 15, 2019, from 11:00 a.m.. to 1:00 p.m. at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. in Green Bay there will be a memorial gathering. Major Herb Fuqua of the Salvation Army will officiate their memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on August 15, 2019, at the funeral home.

Sheila was born on December 30, 1964, in Green Bay to Patrick and Dorothy (Coy) Eagle. She worked as a LPN in the nursing industry. Her daughter Tamara was born on June 21, 1990, in Evanston, IL. She will be remembered as a hard working CNA, a dedicated mother, loving daughter, and avid pet lover.  Nyobee was born on September 12, 2007, in Waukesha. She was also an avid pet lover and was a student at Horning Middle School who dreamed of becoming a doctor.

Sheila is survived by her sisters Sandra, Michelle and Denese; brothers, Thomas (Rose) and Lonnie (Phyllis). She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lori, Sharon and Judith. Tamara is survived by the man who loved her as a daughter, Tyreace Brown Sr. Nyobee is survived by her father, Erick Richardson and her Grandpa Ty. The Eagle Family will be sadly missed by family and friends, especially by their extremely close-knit extended family Tyreace Brown Sr., Jennifer Hiemer, Thomasina McGowan, Marilynn Chaney, Bailey Franzen, and Crystal Nash.
