Charlene Cullinane-Cisler passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 31, 2021, at a Green Bay hospital.  She was born October 5, 1963, in Chicago, IL to Charles and Darlene Cullinane.  Char moved her family to Green Bay in 1999, wanting to give them a better life.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  After finding out that Rick Cisler was fair game and a nine-year courtship, the two married on May 26, 2013.

Char liked making the world a more beautiful place, either by decorating, planting flowers, hanging artwork, crafting and scrapbooking.  She was very detail oriented and enjoyed gathering knowledge about everything, whether it be reading about it, searching the internet, or taking photos.  Char was a talented cook and loved getting ready for the holiday celebrations.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Cisler; her five children, Ryan Cullinane, Shannon Cullinane, Sean Cullinane, Samantha Mrozinski and Nichole Mrozinski; six grandchildren, Dayton, Jake, Carson, Daenerys, Chase and Alyx; her stepdaughter, Dawn Cisler and Dawn’s two children; a brother, Robert Cullinane; a sister-in-law, Wanda (Scott) Peterson; a brother-in-law, Bernie (Mary) Cisler; a special niece, Darlene Cesario; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. and although Charlene was always late, a Memorial Service and Sharing of Memories will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.  To send online condolences visit www.prokowall.com
