Terry Rae Desotelle, 82, Denmark, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Terry was born on October 2, 1940, to the late Alva and Gene (Hankins) Cox in Muncie, Indiana. On December 28, 1963, Terry married Paul Desotelle at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Muncie, IN. Terry was dedicated to the Boy Scouts of America. She earned the Silver Beaver award which is the highest award given to volunteers. Terry was committee chair with Troop 1052 in Denmark for 30 years. She loved quilting, embroidery, and loved her dogs very fondly.
Terry will be deeply missed by her children, Paula (Steven) Pfender and Josh Desotelle; grandchildren, Riley Kitchen, Ronan Kitchen, Matthew Desotelle, Ian Desotelle; siblings, Tonia Armstrong, Gerry (Linda) Cox, Thomas (Sherri) Cox, Melissa (Gary) Wilmoth, brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard (Sandy) Desotelle, Steve (Patti) Desotelle, Jim (Jenny) Desotelle, Julie (Bruce) Schmidt and Barbara Desotelle; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Desotelle and her sister, Cheryl Manlove.
