Yvonne Ann Burrows, 84, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023. She was born May 18, 1938, in Freedom, WI to the late Nick and Viola (Newhouse) Liesch.

Yvonne was a graduate of Freedom High School, Class of 1956. She loved to travel and had visited 33 countries over the years. Yvonne enjoyed making crafts that included sewing, quilts, and stained glass. She spent her time playing cards with friends in their Wednesday Card Club, and volunteering for Unity Hospice, the Peninsula Players, and The Northern Lights Theater.

Yvonne is survived by her 11 children, Kelly (Kurt) Van Der Wegen, Kenneth Reed, Kevin (Karen) Reed, Nicci (Larry) Hall, Daniel (Maria) Burrows, Diane (Mike) Miller, Ronald (Cathy) Burrows, Barbara (Steve) Derenne, Lawrence (Lori) Burrows, Thomas (Teresa) Burrows, and Douglas (Glenda) Burrows; a daughter-in-law, Terri Reed; brother-in-law, James Burrows; sister-in-law, Delores Liesch; 49 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; a son, Tim; a great-granddaughter, Isabella Burrows; her parents; brothers, Don, Vernon, and Butch; sister-in-law, Esther Liesch; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Florence Burrows; and a sister-in-law, Marion Burrows.

Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason Street, on Tuesday, May 2nd from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Dcn. Bernie Terrien officiating. On-line condolences may be given at www.prokowall.com.
