Daniel A. Siudzinski, 77, Ashwaubenon resident, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at St Nicholas Hospice in Sheboygan. He was born February 17, 1944, in the Town of Red River, to the late Chester “Sam” and Josephine (DeBouche) Siudzinski. Dan graduated from Denmark High School in 1962.  He joined the US Army Reserve Corps serving from 1965 until his honorable discharge in 1981. On June 29, 1968, Dan married Gloria Gezella at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Eaton.

In Dan’s younger years he played baseball for Redwood Inn and was a league bowler for numerous area bowling teams.  He enjoyed spending his time fishing on the bay, hunting on his land in Morrison and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. Dan always found time for a wise crack or funny gesture to make us all laugh.

Dan was employed at American Concrete for over 40 years, retiring in 2007.  Following his retirement, he was a part-time delivery driver for Cherry Optical. Dan was a man of strong faith.  As a 45-year member of St Patrick Parish, he served as an usher, was a member of the St. Patrick’s Men’s Club and served on the parish finance committee.

Dan is survived by his wife of 53 years, Gloria, and their two children, Michelle (Mark) Kalina, Green Bay and Kurt Siudzinski, New Brighton, MN; two grandchildren, Matthew (Helen Fiel) Verstoppen and Ashley (Colbi) Jones; three great grandchildren, Silas, Odin and Valor Verstoppen; his brother, James Siudzinski, Green Bay; his Godson, Craig (Lanora) Heim; in-laws, Patricia Heim, and Janice (Mike Wiegand) Waniger; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his in-laws, Florian and Cecilia Gezella and four brothers-in-law: Donald Waniger; Richard Gezella; John Gezella and James Heim.
