Chris J. Osmond, 66, died Monday, January 9, 2023, following a lengthy struggle with COPD. He was born October 3, 1956, in Green Bay to Kenneth “Kenny” and Dorothy (Delvoye) Osmond.

Chris was a graduate of Preble High School, Class of 1975. After graduation, he began working for Northern Metal and Roofing, and for over twenty years he worked for the Green Bay Public School System. In 1985, Chris married Mary Feenstra at Union Congregational Church. Chris had a love of the outdoors, especially camping at Jellystone and fishing. He enjoyed spending his time charter fishing on Lake Michigan, and on Lake Metonga at his family’s cottage in Crandon. He could spend hours alone in a boat fishing. In his younger days, Chris loved playing baseball and watching sports. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a member of a great group of friends since high school who have all remained close over all the years. Chris enjoyed socializing, and those who knew him, knew he liked to joke around.

Chris is survived by his wife, Mary; his children, Jodi Osmond (Chris Davidson), Brian Osmond; his granddaughter, Clementine; his sisters, Cheryl Prahl and Nancy (Bobby) Kroll; a sister-in-law, Linda (Terry) Otten; brothers-in-law, Jim (Barb) Feenstra, Bob (Julie) Feenstra; and nieces, nephews and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Daniel Osmond.
