Eric “E-Kid” E. Finnila, 32, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 5, 2022, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on December 19, 1989, in Jackson, Michigan to Eric Finnila, III and Kristine Pulka-Schuh. He was a 2008 graduate of Green Bay East High School. Where he was also very active in the FFA program there. Eric was employed at Mondelēz Nabisco and also worked as a suite attendant for DNC at Lambeau Field. You could consider Eric a pretty avid gamer and once thought about going to school for video game development. He loved animals especially dogs. Eric was the best father figure to his fiancée, Samatha’s daughter, Lilly.
He is survived by his mother, Kristine (Craig) Pulka-Schuh; father, Eric (Juliet) Finnila, III; fiancée, Samatha Luedtke-Wegner and her daughter, Lillian; stepsister, Dekorah Von Haden; paternal grandparents, Eric, Jr. and Francie (Weatherholt) Finnila; maternal grandfather, Tony Pulka; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Virginia Pulka.
Visitation will be held at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Monday, November 14, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Prayer service 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Ln., from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
