LeRoy Bernard Puyleart, 60, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020, after a short fight of cancer. He was born on July 14, 1959, in Green Bay, to the late Milton and Sarah (Adrians) Puyleart. LeRoy lived on a farm in Denmark until his family moved to Pulaski. LeRoy moved to Green Bay when he was 52 years old where he participated in programs at New Curative Rehabilitation Center. LeRoy enjoyed meeting new friends at New Curative and McCormick Home. He joined in activities and field trips whenever offered. LeRoy also enjoyed going to Bible studies throughout his life.
LeRoy will be sadly missed by his 7 cousins along with his uncle Cletus (Nancy) Puyleart and many friends.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will take place at BVM Assumption Catholic Church, 124 E Pulaski St, Pulaski, with Rev. Patrick Gawrylewski O.F.M. officiating. Burial will be at BVM Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
