Marilyn Frankenthal

Marilyn E. (Nass) Frankenthal, 71, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 27, 2022. She was born in 1951, in Sheboygan to the late Norbert and Elizabeth (Kestler) Nass. She married Sheldon A. Frankenthal in June of 1988. Marilyn enjoyed her work as a librarian for the Brown County Library System until her retirement in 2020.

Marilyn  is survived by her husband, Sheldon; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Betty Behr of Atlanta, GA; Howard Frankenthal (Jaynie Skadron) of River Hills, WI; and Stuart (Kim) Frankenthal of Chicago, IL; nieces and nephews,  Sara (Jon) Hoffenberg and Kara Behr, all of Atlanta, GA; Gretchen (David) Miller of Fort Worth, TX; Elana (Max Jacobson) Frankenthal of Madison, WI; Sam Frankenthal of Milwaukee, WI; Seth (Andi) Frankenthal of Steamboat Springs, CO; Jeremy (Jenna) Frankenthal of Highland Park, IL; and Andrew (Karen) Frankenthal of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by seven great-nieces and three great-nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rabbi Shaina Bacharach presiding. The funeral cortege will process immediately following services to the Cnesses Israel Cemetery at Fort Howard Memorial Park immediately for burial.
