Sandra M. Berg, 77, Green Bay, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023. She was born on July 11, 1946, in Green Bay to the late Carl and Joyce (Moureau) Berg. Sandra graduated from Preble High School. Sandy worked as a flight attendant for American Airlines for 17 years having been based in Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. She retired from Northrop Grumman Aerospace Corporation in Los Angeles after 16 years of service. Sandy volunteered as an usher at the Meyer Theatre in Green Bay. She loved attending the theatre and going to concerts. Sandy was also a member of the YMCA. Throughout her life, Sandy visited many destinations including Machu Picchu in Peru and the Serengeti Desert in East Africa. She learned how to ski in the Austrian Alps. Her favorite country to visit was Italy and her favorite city to visit was San Francisco.
She is survived by her sister, Susan (Gerald) VanDeHei; brother, Ron Berg; nieces, Shannon (Mike) McNiel and Lindsay Natterstad; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Dr., from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the church with Rev. Tom Reynebeau officiating. Entombment will take place in the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
