Sandra K. Daroci, 70, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Allouez Parkside Village. She was born on November 25, 1953, in Wausau to the late Edwin and Lucille (Barden) Pergolski.
Sandra worked at Walmart for almost 25 years and was proud to have worked until she was 69 years old. She loved to cook and to share some of the things she made with others, in particular her krispy bars and seasoned pretzels. Like her mother, she also enjoyed sewing plastic canvas pieces, making beaded jewelry and other crafts.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel (fiancé, Brent Krajewski) Beck; grandsons, Adrian Smith and Logan Krajewski; siblings, Colleen (John) Stillwell, Joanne (Jerry) Lang, Tina Walters, Robert (Bonnie) Pergolski and George (Liz) Pergolski; sisters-in-law, Darlene Pergolski, Katie Pergolski and Diane Pergolski; brothers-in-law, Terry Luedtke and Ralph Henry; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Daroci; brothers, Edwin “Buddy”, Richard, Donald, James and John Pergolski; her sisters, infant Louise, Lois “Punky) Luedtke, Margaret “Peggy” Bartz, Patricia Pergolski and Mary Henry; and brother-in-law, Wayne Walters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Sharing of memories will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established.
