Thomas F. “Soup” Campbell, 80, died Thursday, May 13, 2021. He was born May 25, 1940, in Green Bay to Raymond W. and Frances (Smits) Campbell.

Thomas was a graduate of Green Bay West High School, Class of 1959. For many years he worked at Baldwin Paint Store until 1975, when he opened his own framing business, The Framery.  He operated the store until his retirement in 1998. Afterward, he worked part-time for Home Depot and volunteered at The Green Bay Botanical Gardens. Thomas loved sailing, golfing and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He will be remembered as a devoted and loving family man, and someone who was always willing to help others.

Thomas is survived by his children, Julie Rae Neumann, Thomas John “TJ” Campbell; his grandchildren, Sarah (Jeremey) Chaney, Keith (Angelina) Neumann, Patrick (Melissa) Campbell, Ben Campbell (fiancé Amanda); his great-grandchildren, Nathan, RaeLynn, Kalyssa, Kryslee; a brother, Raymond Richard “Dick”, “Soup” (Darlene) Campbell; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son-in-law, Brian Neumann, his sisters, Betty Pfaller, Dorothy DeMars, and Helen Koehn.

Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason Street, on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.  The Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Deacon Jerry Coenen officiating. On-line condolences may be given at www.prokowall.com
